Full Season Online Permit Sales
What You Need to Purchase Your Permit Online...
- A valid Visa or Mastercard – no other form of payment is accepted.

- Sled ownership information including year, make, model, license plate and VIN (Vehicle Identification Number).
- A valid email address for transaction confirmation.
- The name of the OFSC club, association or district you wish to support with your trail permit purchase (site includes a club identifier map).
Very Important! Can I purchase any permit type?
- Seasonal: only orders completed by 11:59:59 PM, December 1st, 2011 will qualify for the early purchase Seasonal Permit fee of $200. After December 1st, 2011 the seasonal permit fee is $250.
- Classic: can be purchased throughout the season for $125. for sleds 15 years or older (1997 models or older).
- Remember to sign up for OFSC Member Benefits and to receive your magazine subscription.
- 3 and 7 day Visitor permits will be available for purchase online starting December 2011, and visitor permits cannot be combined with the Seasonal or Classic Permit orders.
- No returns and no refunds for permits.
What are the shipping and handling fees?s
- Canadian permit orders placed from this online application are assessed a $10 (base price)** shipping and handling fee per order and the order will be sent by Canada Post Expedited (with signature) and tracking.
- Optional shipping by regular mail at a cost of $5 (base price)** per order. If this option is selected, "Be advised that permits will be shipped by regular mail with no tracking process. Purchaser accepts full responsibility for any lost or undelivered permit(s)".
- US Shipments – All US permit orders are assessed a $20 shipping fee (base price)** per order.
- ** (Base Price) after base price additional fee of $2 each for the 2nd and 3rd permits is assessed to each order. (Maximum of 3 permits shipped per order).
Complete orders will be shipped to the address provided on the first permit or the shipping address indicated.
How secure is this site?
- The OFSC Online Permit Sales web site is secure, confidential and private. This site and fulfillment process has been created to meet Government of Ontario privacy and risk standards.
- This order is NOT your trail permit.
- Your permit(s) will be delivered to you following the successful completion and submission of the application. Please allow 10-15 business days for delivery.
- Your permit will be sent as addressed from the Fulfillment & Distribution Centre, 470 Hardy Road, Brantford ON N3V 6T1. If you have not received your permit within 15 business days please contact by email only - ofsc@themarcocorporation.com
- You have the opportunity to print details of your transaction for your records prior to leaving the site.
